Do you snack?
I want you to think about that question for a second. Think about the meals you have throughout the day, are you adding additional snacks in such as grazing on food whilst cooking? Regular snacking throughout the day, done in a controlled manner can actually help you lose weight. But when you are endlessly snacking on crap, that’s when the kilos start to creep back on.
